Parr & Abernathy Realty, Inc. is owned and operated by the two founders of the company. Our office is located in Hopewell, Virginia. There are 6 full time Realtors and the two Broker/Owners also sell.

Donald W. Parr and Elizabeth M. Abernathy are owners of Parr & Abernathy Realty, Inc. We are a full service company, in the fact that we both sell residential and commercial real estate and have 2 full time property managers who handle approximately 250 rental properties in the Tri-City area. Don and Elizabeth have both been licensed for 25 years and opened Parr & Abernathy Realty in November, 1986. They are both real estate brokers, Graduates of the REALTORS ® Institute, Certified Residential Specialists and Certified Residential Brokers.

Don and Elizabeth are both Life Members of the Outstanding Sales Club and have served in many capacities in the Southside Virginia Association of REALTORS ® as well as serving as President of the Association. They have been recipients of the REALTOR ® of the Year Award given by the Board of REALTORS ®.
